I had ordered a small piece from Radio Shack asked them to ship it to a differant address the part never came, they recieved the part back which was only around $50.
After not recieving the part they turned around and try to charge me $250 for that part. I refused to pay them wrote rebuttles to them and the credit agency radio shack claimed they never recieved the rebuttle so I wrote them again they had continued to ignore me when I did get ahold of someone they said they would take it off my report which never happened after thinking it was removed
I recieve more letters in the mail saying it wasn't then I told the credit reporters what happened and I wasn't going to pay it but yet 5 years later it is still on my credit report anyone who I asked for help wouldn't help me. I would like to know where is my protection from big compaines trying to rip off people and why there is so much red tape to get through even when you are in the right, and now after having to car loans before I can not get one now while I can't get a new car loan unless this thing is taking care of.
