Kodak is a ripoff, they sell camera's and don't honor their warranties. I received a digital camera as a gift, the camera is barely used I turn it on to take some pictures for a party, they camera says their is an error. I call kodak and they tell me that they will not fix the camera even though I have a warranty. They tell me that I have to trade the camera in and pay them a $100 to do so. Can you believe this company!!! I told them I have a warranty they tell me so what we will not repair the camera even though the camera does not work through the fault of mine, and all they will do is give me another camera if I pay $100, even though I clearly told them I had a warranty and the warranty has not expired yet.
Don't buy from kodak, they will just rip you off and not honor their agreement!
