For some time now Dell has had a commercial on T.V. Offering a desktop compurt with a free printer for $299.00 after a seventy five dollar rebate. I had one charged to my credit card in July.
My account was charged and I received the computer, but now they refuse to give me my rebate. I called two different numbers and their only explanation was that they did not show that I qualified for one.
