I placed an order via internet @digitalnow. Tv in July. They deducted $149.00 for a 46 inch flat screen - I received some documents to return, which I did but I have never received the merchandise. First they said the reponse was overwhelming and the manufacturer could not keep up with the demand, they @ first allowed you the opportunity to put in for a refund, which I did, to no avail.
Now the website is down and all the calls for all department go to ext. 704 but noone calls back. Does anyone know where this company is located, where they sent their paperwork (address, I cannot locate my copy). We need to file a police report for the individual. If anyone has information please contact me through the rebuttal key.
