We've been Cingular customers for over 10 years. When we tried to change our service plan so we could stay with them they were so rigid that they forced us to choose another carrier. When we contacted the 'Office of the President' to discuss the issues they just sent us to collections without so much as a response. Cingular has absolutely zero customer service skills. They have become another faceless entity that does whatever they want ruled by policies that benefit them and not us. Pick another carrier. You'll be glad you did.
