This nextel office sold me a deffective Blackberry phone and refused to correct the problem then I returned the phone and cancelled my acount they informed me that I would owe a $200.00 fee and that I would get $270.in the mail in 7 to 14 days.
I called back and was referd to the corporate office-the corporate office refered me to the store, bottom line they charged me two-hundred dollars for their in ability set up my phone, and have yet to refund my money I spent for the phone of $270.00.
