This seller indicated shipment would be USPS media mail. Although least expensive, it also can take 8-10 days. I waited 10 days before contacting the seller by e-mail to ask the status. I received no response. Two days later I filed a complaint with PayPal. They give 10 more days for the seller to respond. The seller never responded and PayPal decided in my favor. I recovered 42 cents for a $27.44 purchase that was never delivered. PayPal and my credit card company indicate they will continue to pursue recovery of the balance of my funds.
