Paypal failed to protect the Boy Scouts that had ordered equipment with D&D Suppliers and did not receive a complete order. When the seller did not respond to requested to rectify the transaction, a dispute through paypal was initiated. Paypal sided with the seller even though the seller is refusing contact or solutions. Paypal continues to support business with the seller as well vs. Protecting it's buyers.
