I asked for a computer which could handle my Photographic needs and they did send it. Only the software I requested ran out after 60 days and I was forced to buy it again online.
The free printer they sent was a total pyle of junk. It's the same as my old pyle of junk and you have to feed the paper in one sheet at a time. I'm using IBM Multi Use Paper which I find to be of a high quality. Auto Sheet Feeder sucks in all the paper or most often, sucks in no paper. Only way to insure a proper print job is to feed it one page at a time, carefully guiding in each sheet. My old Lexmark printer which looks identical did the exact same thing.
I would rate my "Dell" experiance about a 4 of 10.
They asked me what I wanted and they gave it to me for sixty days... Truly sad... Printer going in trash can.
