I ordered a pair of Clarks shoes from this company, paying with Paypal. I sent a note asking the status, the seller did not respond. I sent another note that did not go through their website. I sent a complaint to Paypal. They found that the seller had "proof of shipment". Yes, they did send me a SPONGE... When I received it, I did not put the two together until paypal provided the "proof of shipment". I went back to Paypal and asked them for the WEIGHT Of the shipment as NO WAY does a SPONGE weigh 10 oz! I cannot believe this scam has been going on through Paypal for so long!
