Ordered shoes online from shopagm.com June. Waited three weeks... No shoes and no correspondence-so filed a status inquiry with the seller on their site. No response.
Contacted Paypal and filed a complaint. They gave the seller reasonable time to respond.in the interim, the seller sent me a cheap hotel type shower cap from an Asian address with delivery confirmation! Presumably to try and demonstrate I had rec'd a package from them! Of course I informed Paypal. The seller (Hao Chen) refunded my money to me through paypal. I am so thankful that Paypal did such a wonderful job ensuring I rec'd my refund, but I want to warn other consumers about this seller!
