Took them weeks to tell me their software had corrupted my pictures and could I resubmit them. I said no and asked for a refund, which they did.
However a few days later some of my order (calenders) turned up. Had this all gone smoothly i.E. I order, I pay and the item arrives within a reasonable time-frame I think I would still have been disappointed with the quality. The paper is very thin and they print the calenders double sided. Photobox use much better quality paper and print 1 month per sheet.
