I bought a 50 pack of Verbatim blank CDR ith a promised $7.00 at Best buy after waited for around 4 week a just received a post card from HQrebate stated that I did not send in a UPC, in fact I stapled it with my receipt and rebate forms, if the reabte form got there so as the UPC. These scammer just use exuses to denied to pay to consumer, stay away to these brand, and only buy stuffs with instant rebates so it would not cost you #. 34 for postage and all the hassles
