I purchased a Soyo motherboard from Newegg.com which came with two (2) mail-in rebates. I submitted both forms with all required upc codes, etc and mailed prior to the postmark date. That was over twenty (20) weeks ago.
When I emailed Soyo after days searching I received an email reply from Soyo stating I had only submitted one rebate. This is not true. I submitted both. One was for $35USD and the other for $40USD. Somehow, the $40 rebate has disappeared at Soyo.
Then I realized Soyo is sending the exact email, verbatim, to other consumers. I will never do business with Soyo again. As for Newegg, I will not be placing any orders with them either.
Stay Away from Soyo. They are not a company you want to do business with. Besides, their products are inferior.
