Intouch, versatalk ripoff

Since January of I have over drawn my bank account four times. I could not figure out why!

I changed banks and had a balance of $10.31 left in my former bank in January. I had not been to Melbourne, Florida to close it out completely. I am glad I did not. I never would have known that this was going on.

I received an overdraft notice and from there I telephoned the bank, then "Intouchld". The person I spoke with said to send a certified letter stating the amount deducted etc.

I never heard of this company and how they got my number is a complete mystery to me.in regard to telephones: I hate them and always have. I never would have signed up with or if telephoned by the company, I would never knowingly agree to such a joke. I do not even have a cell phone.

The name of the company was: Versatalk later changed to: Intouchwithld

I never received anything in the mail from either.
