I went online to check my bank acct. Found out that sum of $29.95 was deducted from my bank acct from Versatalk Co. This was done without my knowledge or permission! I had to go to the bank and sign legal afadavits stating such facts. The bank is now in process of gettting the monies redeposited into my acct.
When I attempted to contact these people on the phone all I got was a service that stated that I could either use services or cancel. There was no service rep. That I could speak to in regards to unauthorized deductions made. All that the reps. Could do was cancel further deductions and give me a cancellation code. They could not even provide me with a name as to whom to send the letter to. There is not even a phone number for this company.
