VersaTalk has been deducting 49.95 from my account with no real authorization. I originally gave my information to Freedom Gold. I called the company and they responded with the answer they cannot help in any way, but the information was given to VersaTalk by Freedom Gold. I keep calling VersaTalk and it's the same every time, there is no representatives to talk to.
I already put stop at the bank, but the thing is I want to recover my money from previous months which they have deducted. What happened was the they took money from my account without me knowing, and at the time they took the money there was only a certain amount of money already counted for my payments.
What happened was the money was no longer enough to cover my payments and checks bounced.
I called the company three times to cancel, and they assured me the cancellation went through and in seven days I would get my money back, but that was a lie. It happened this month once again. I would be greatful if any one could help me in any way. I don't need to recover all the money entirely, but at least part of it. Thank you once again.
