Ripoff took money from my account I did not authorize who are they and how did they get my account information

I do not know this company Versatalk how did they get my account information, they charged my account 49.95 wich caused an over draft charge of 20.00.

I called the phone number they had listed on my account 1-877-494-7363 when their computer picked up it told me my phone number and asked if I wanted to cancel my membership.

I do not have a membership I did not sign up for anything called versatalk. Or anything with their company, I left a message for them to call me back, I am still waiting for a response.

I am hoping my bank will credit my account back with the funds versatalk took from me.

Also there is a person that reported with usacomplaints.com that he was taken two days before me his was the 13 of December and mine was the 15 of December how can we stop this scam! Plus I found several other reports on usacomplaints.com.
