Versatalk was given our banking information from Freedom Gold even after we cancelled the account with Freedom Gold. We never heard of Versatalk until they deducted $29.95 from our account. We called and got the message system and cancelled the account with Versatalk. The next month it came out again. I suggested we call Freedom Gold and try to hold them responsible for giving our info out without permission. We found out from the Freedom Gold rep, to push # after the number to Versatalk and you can speak to someone. The first rep from Versatalk we talked to, hung up on us. The second time, we got a cancellation # and were told we could only get refunded for this month because the other was over 30 days. We asked to speak to the manager and was told they couldnt transfer the call but would leave a message in her box to call us back. So far, we are still waiting for that call, which I expected would happen.
