I have tried and tried to get thru to these people. Not only can they NOT pronounce my name, they won't let me speak to ANYONE that speaks English. I refuse to pay these people! They've not sent me rebates. I haven't even taken the computer and componets out of their boxes. Yes, I looked every where for the rebate forms. I tried to enroll (at the beginnig) for auto withdrawal from my checking account only to have them asses a late charge claiming it never happened. They also won't honor their rebates (which I didn't get in the first place! Thank you!
