I bought a LG washing machine 5years ago and had to have the whole tub assembly replaced 9 months ago at my expense. I am now having the same issue and I am being told that I will have to have the same repairs done at the same cost to me. I have had horrible customer service to the point where the representative actually flat out lied. I currently have a LG washing machine, dryer and refrigerator. I will never purchase another LG product again.
