Dec Washing machine sent in for repairs, in June they brought to my home a washing machine, its not my washing machine, in between Dec & June I have heard every excuse as to why it was taking so long end results where is my washing machine (by the way I had been with Rent A Center since 1985 and bought over $20,000.00 dollars worth of merchandise and to be treated like a nothing, unexcusable. I also sent in my compaq computer to be repaired, upon return along with washing machine which wasn't mine, guess what this computer belonged to someone else also.
Up to this date July 21st Rent A Center has never returned my call or e-mail to corporate complaint center (which they stated that I would receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours. One point to all this is both my washing machine and computer were both paid for and had the extended warranty. So to this point I have had to purchase another washer from Home Depot, Computer still sitting on table, not working and belonging to me. I need help.
Oh yes and the manager that I was dealing with is Gabe, very unprofessional, always blaming his employees for everything that goes wrong.
