My husband and I purchased an LG washing machine from the Conn's Clearance Center. Now, I realize we purchased as-is, and because of that we were sure to purchase a warranty to go along with it. The washing machine has not worked since we bought it. Conn's service repair has been out twice and has replaced two circuit boards, and yet the washing machine still doesn't work. Luckily, we don't have to pay anything as we got a warranty, but what if we hadn't? They would have knowingly sold a faulty appliance that did not work. If the washing machine doesn't start working after the service person replaces this next part, I will be contacting them for a replacement or refund.
