Ge top loader with bad motor - GE top loader washing machine purchased from Lowes

I have had two ge washing machines in 16 months. Both repair sheets read the same. Bad motor. Lowes replaced the first promptly however now no one wants to take responsibility for this one. All I have had is a run-a-round from all parties concerned. I demand full satisfication and a new machine..
