Customer service when attempting to renew my subscription is poor. My renewal date was 11/9, today is the 19th and the problem hasn't been defined or solved. Calling customer service in Florida did not help. Got the same information that I got on their online chat which I would guess in in India.
MagicJack does not tell you it is time to renew. They just block outgoing calls and announce a system problem. You are left to go to your account at their website to discover that you need to resubscribe. From there it has just gone downhill.
