Defective product all-in-one washer/dryer combo - LG WM3431HW all-in-one washer/dryer combo

I bought a WM3431HW all-in-one washer/dryer combo in February. It is a convenient machine when it works, but it is a lemon with design defects and manufacturing defects now requiring nearly $900 in repairs in the past two years, as noted below. LG should be ashamed for putting out a defective product that requires such extensive repairs in the two years after the one year warranty period expired. I called customer service, and in short they simply say it's my problem.

Purchased February

April - internal dry condensing duct clogged by lint, costing $110 for repairman to take apart the machine and remove the lint. Repairman told me he has to do this ten to twenty times a month on these units. This is a design defect, since there is no filter and no way for the user to remove the lint to prevent clogging of this internal duct.

July - the plastic drain hose connection cracked, costing $172 for repairman to replace with a rubber connection. Repairman told me he sees this problem all the time, since these hard plastic pieces dry out and crack. Another design defect. Again had to clean internal dry condensing duct.

June - Now need to replace drum bearings, estimated cost $600 after parts are ordered and arrive. It is unbelievable that drum bearings would wear out on a washer/dryer after only three years.

Will LG stand by its product? I would hope so, but customer service told me on the phone it's my problem, not LG's.
