I can easily say this is the worst business I have ever dealt with. After placing the order, they raised the price even though I already had an invoice. When I called to find out what was going on, I initially got the run around, was told that I needed to call back to talk to "them" directly. I asked who "them" was and was told customer service. (Who the heck had I been talking to?) When finally reached customer service, the agent was rude, abusive, and accused me of trying to work the system. (By asking them to honor the purchase price?) Told them to cancel the order—would never give my money to a company who treats people like that. Got three calls back that evening telling me there were no hard feelings and saying they would happily reinstate my order (at the higher price). Are you kidding me? Two days later, found a better price at Home Depot for the same item. So glad I cancelled before the situation got worse.
