Cancel order when brought at cheap price - Garden

I order the 4 Ft. X 4 Ft. Raised Garden bed from home depot online price at

$29.00 each on sale for $9.00 I brought 7 of them but they cancel my order i call them i can wait for them to be in stock but they still cancel my order they told me that i can order it again when it's in stock but than i will have to pay at higher price because i buy it at $9.00 plus free shipping.
