I ordered the Jabra GN 9125 3 weeks ago to replace a non-functioning GN9120. I still haven't got the new one running. While I don't blame Hello Direct for the defective 9125, I have spent HOURS on the phone trying to solve the problem with both Customer Service and Technical Support, and therein lies my complaint. EVERY TIME I CALL FOR HELP THE WAITING TIME IS 30 MINUTES TO 45 MINUTES! I think that's totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. And it doesn't matter what day or time of day that I do call, it's the same forever hold. They need to hire more people or really understand what they are talking about. The girls in Customer Support knew more about the product than did the guys in Technical Support. I am awaiting the replacement now, and if it doesn't work immediately, I am sending it back and I won't deal with this company ever again.
