I placed a large order with fastfloors.com after researching prices and seeing their 110% price guarantee decided to go with them and placed an order on a Saturday evening. After not receiving an order confirmation by Monday Night, I called and left a voicemail with a customer service agent named Donna. I asked to be called back but instead she sent me a message Tuesday on their website stating that the product was not in stock and would be 3 weeks so they cancelled my order (without asking if I minded the wait?). THEN I check my email and Ken states that " We have reviewed the Price Match Invoice you have submitted and unfortunately we cannot accept the invoice at the price you requested." So which is it? Is it not in stock or did you not want to honor your 110% Price guarantee? Shady business. Beware.
