I ordered a Fugi E550 camera from this online business on Nov. 30. The company called to confirm within a day that I ordered the camera.in the process, they tried to upsell memory cards, batteries, cases, etc. I declined.
On Dec. 4 I received the following e-mail "Thank you for you order, we appreciate you shopping with us. Within the next 1 to 3 business days you will be receiving your order status tracking information which will allow you to track your order online using UPS FEDEX or AIRBORNE."
Fifteen minutes later I received an e-mail stating due to oversold items the camera would ship 10-12 business days and DO NOT contact us until after 12 business days cause customer service will have no more information. So on Dec. 21st I called them and asked for information. They said it's set to be delivered Jan. 1st.
I said when I ordered the camera it was "in stock" and $22.00 in shipping shouldn't take a month! They said there was nothing they could do and had contacted my 3 times last week via e-mail regarding the shipment (which they didn't). I was furious thinking I shopped early. They said they could only deliver in January and I could cancel which I did. I just hope my credit card isn't charged.
Then I did more research on this company and found MULTIPLE complaints with upselling, the same confirmation e-mails, no delivery and impolite language when orders were canceled. I also found they are advertising "in stock" items when they obviously arent. This company has left a bad taste in my mouth and made me very weary of ever ordering online again.
Do Not order from these people.
