On Saturday July 17 my white, beat up limousine arrived at a friend's home. When we got in the "limo" we found out the interior (neon) lights did not work only the bright interior lights worked.

The limousine driver spoke bits and pieces of English and asked us how to get to the Club we were going to. (Keep in mind that I spoke to the DRIVER Ninh Tang, who is also the owner, and had communicated with the day manager, David 3 times, twice on the phone and one conformation e-mail) For the 35 min drive that took 1 hour and 20 min. It would have been great IF, myself and the passengers did not have to give the driver constant directions. This was the ride from hell.

We had to sit there with no radio on because every time he had a question he would use the front controls to turn it down, so since this was quite often the radio stayed off. We were not allowed to open the moon roof, because people are crazy.

When we arrived at our destination the driver stopped 4 blocks away and opened the door for us to get out, when we told him the club is a few blocks up he said, NO, there is construction, you get out now. There was no construction and there WAS a shoulder for drop-off and pick-up's. After we got out of the vehicle the man asked for the payment of $180.00 and 15% gratitude, because we did not want to be stranded with out a ride at 4am we gave it to him and WALKED to the club.

After we were ready to go I called the driver and the driver MR. TANG told me to walk to him. After arguing with the man for 20 min. He drove up and picked us up. The drive home was exactly the same no radio, asking for direction and no lights.

I called the company on Sunday and they were open but there was no manager there and the owner would not be in till Monday. On July 19 at 7:30 am I spoke to the manager Liz (she refused to give me her last name) she said that the owner dose not speak English very well so I can speak to her. After listining to what i had to say, she said No that did not happen, Mr. Tang has been driving limos for 20 years

Mr. Tang refused to give me a refund. The manager Liz (no last name) told me all she can do was give me her apologies and the tip back. The question of Why would you send a driver that does not speak English? Why send some one who does not know where they are going, after I spoke to you and told you 3 times where we were going? And why would I not be refunded after bringing all of this to light. This man and his limo company ruined what was going be a beautiful and special evening. I will tell every one and any one to NEVER do business with this company. I was disrespected and called a liar.
