I attempted to buy a meter from this company on ebay. This started in Aug. Of 2004 and as of this date have recieved nothing. I was ripped for 3400.00 us.
Buyer beware of this Dave Pender of Applton Wisconsin, he is even listed on the business directory of Applton.
