Ordered a Canon S3 IS through their web site at $310, which was a very good price (lowest I found on-line by about $25).
I received a confirmation e-mail, but received a 2nd e-mail the next day that I needed to call them and confirm my order within 96 hours or my order would be cancelled.
I called them the day I received the 2nd e-mail and the man who answered the call told me that he was suprised I didn't order any batteries or memory cards with the camera. I told him I wasn't interested in anything else and he said that the camera would be sent within a couple days.
A week later I called to see the order status and was told that the order had been cancelled because the camera was out of stock. When I noted to him that they still had the camera for sale on their web site, he just tersely said that they should take that down and hung up. It was obvious to me that they were only shipping the camera at the low price to those suckers who bought the other accessories.
