After 2 years of light use, i receive a "se" message flashing on the above listed microwave. After attempting several suggestions online on how to repair the problem the message continues and the unit does not work. After reading on the consumeraffairs.com website this is a common problem with this specific model. What is Samsung doing to assist those of us that have this model, without having to pay for a service call and replace a defective part. Also why is Samsung continuing to sell this model.
