My husband and I both decided to switch our phones to Samsung (from Nokia and Motorola), as we liked the model of the Samsungs. WE BOTH HAVE HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH THE MYTHIC AND IMPRESSION MODELS!!! My husband had to mail in his Mythic 3 times as it was still under warranty, going more than a week without a "buisness" phone. Unfortunately, my Impression JUST went out of warranty and the ONLY solution is to mail it to them and the techs will call me with a repair price! Researching the "touch screen not working" online I have seen that this has been a problem with this model for quite some time: (I will def. Research my new phone (NOT A SAMSUNG) a lot better. It is just very disappointing that SAMSUNG does not have any pride in their merchandise and puts junk out there!
