Bought this Samsung microwave Black Friday 2012 started having issues with it early November. Samsung sent repair company out three times and each time within a day or two same problem. Contacted Samsung they told me that they would get us a replacement. And was told they would contact me in three business days they did not call so I called a week later. The person I talked to told me I was miss informed by the last rep the microwave is out of warranty nothing can be done to help so we are out of a microwave but the problem started before the warranty ran out. If it was a cheap one ok but we r out 600.00
