I purchased a Samsung dyer model number du219aew/xaa which quit working after three years. After several phone calls and emails, Samsung scheduled a technician who was too far away and would not service our area. So, after several more calls Samsung told me they had no qualified technicians in our region and recommended I try getting service through Sears. The Sears technician wasn't available for over three weeks. When he came he did not have the right parts but could not come back for another three weeks. I am still without a dryer and Samsung has not responded to the issue.
