I have been having problems out of my nextel phone and went into a service center, they did not ask many questions or did they take a look at the phone.
The only thing they did was to tell me that my phone I530 was not in stock and that I will have to wait and that they do not have any and if I wanted I can buy a new phone and renew another 2 year contract with them.
This here is not good business when you have 16 phones on a plan. Also when calling nextel the only thing you get is go to a another service store which is almost 15-20 miles away.
I hope that everyone who uses I530 phones will aleast let
someone know there is a problem with these phones.
