NEXTEL is such a rip off. DO NOT GET NEXTEL PHONES, you will have to sign your life away to a $200 contract that will extend each time you make changes to your account, and trust me you will be making changes to you account because all Nextel Customer Service Reps are Complete idiots! I can call them with the same question all day and get 50 different answers, because I have before.
My complaint though is, I got 2 phones, on for me and for my hubby. We got the plans we wanted and expected to have the plans we wanted. UM NOPE didn't happen. They screwed us up completely. The nextel guy gave us a plan that DIDN"T EVEN EXIST with Nextel. HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLE DO THAT???
SO when i call to have this changed the guy tells me ok that will be taken care of and your will be credit the charge of $539.00 back to you account. This was our 1st bill. How in the heck could i possibly have that high of a bill for having it only a month and I never hardly used it? Anyways, they never credit the account. It becomes a your word against there word thing. What happened to the customer is always right? So here i am having to cut off both phones at $200 a contract with me having already a $539 phone bill. Nextel I think you know what you can kiss...
