Ripoff sent them defective Eurosealer for repair check cashed no response

I mailed Tristar my defective EuroSealer, letter explaining problem, and check to cover repair or replacement on 8/30/04. Check was deposited to their account with Fleet on 9/17/04. Have had no response. On 11/1/04, sent another letter asking for replacement. Unopened letter returned on 12/2/04 marked "undeliverable as addressed; unable to forward". On 12/4/04 emailed a couple of distributors of EuroSealer seeking good address. One suggested contacting entity that cashed check. It was cashed by Tristar by deposit to a Fleet Bank account in Wallingford, CT.
