We bought a garage door opener from Home Depot in Taylor, MI on Telegraph Rd. They gave us a warranty of one year for parts and five months for labor. Later the garage door opener stopped working. We called the Home Depot manager, and the first thing they said was that they have nothing to do with it and we have to call Genie, the maker of the opener. The bottom line is that their warranty equals nothing. They are a joke, and their warranty and their manager named Eric are a bigger joke and a rip-off. That is the end for us with Home Depot and their contractor. You think you are dealing with a big company, but they only have a big name. They are the worst.
