I purchase an LG washer form Home Depot on May 29th at that time I also purchased a 4 year warrant plan on the machine. On June 1st exactly one day after my manufacturers warranty ended the machine broke. When I called Home Depot to schedule a service call they told me to call GE because they’re responsible for my extended warranty plan. When I called GE they told me that Home Depot needs to schedule the call for me because then have no information on me in their system. So I called Home Depot back and now HD couldn’t find any info on me in their system. They found me as a customer but not a purchaser of the appliances (interesting because I never bought anything else from HD that would require them to have my address in the system). This would never happen w / PC Richards (my original appliance store) I’m never buying another thing at Home Depot again!!!
