My garage door opener started making this grinding noise and stopped working. I called Colonial Home Warranty right away. This was my first time having to work with Colonial Home Warranty. What a pleasure it was working with Colonial Home Warranty they sent a company out immediately and after fixing the problem that came back out the next day and replaced the entire unit. Thank you Colonial for making my first experience great!!!
