D o n o t s h o p w i t h nomorerack.com!!! Holy Cow! I 'almost' want to laugh after reading all the complaints against this pathetic company. If it did not involve people's hard-earned money it would almost be funny.
I've been ordering from Nomorerack.com for a couple of years. When I first started ordering from them, they seemed honest with integrity. As my orders and time have gone by, they have gone down the drain.
I do not want to waste everybody's time with ALL the details, but obviously they are soon to be out of business. I believe they are grabbing everyone's money prior to their forced exit.
I have received every excuse in the book as to why I have not received order (s); why the order (s) I received were not as described ~ etc., etc.
Their latest scam? I had to give the United States Postal Service additional cash for shipping fee's due to Nomorerack.com not paying the proper amount for shipping. I contacted their Customer Service via email and to make a long story short, got a huge run-around. They told me they had to have a copy of the RECEIPT to process a refund to my method of payment. I immediately provided via email a picture of the Official notice the USPS left me with the address of whom it was from (Nomorerack.com); The amount Due; Date Notice Left, etc. That was not good enough. They had to have a copy of a 'receipt'. I told them I did not have time to go wait in line at the USPS to obtain a receipt for something that was a result of their (dishonest) actions.
I had to leave a notice in my mail box for the post-man asking for a receipt. The poor fella provided the information - in detail.in the initial workings of this problem, they applied a 'credit' to my account for the cost of the additional shipping fee's and the cost of the item I purchased ("due to their error").
I stated I would no longer be doing any business with them, and to please credit my method of payment. They returned an email that had nothing to do with my issue (s); - a standard Customer Service email. I then looked through their website to order something and be done with them. I went to checkout, and the 'credit' they had applied to my account completely disappeared.
Another email to them. Another run-around. They stated 'please remember the 'gift card' must be used within 3 days or it will expire'. What 'Gift Card'? Again, to make a long story short, I emailed back it was not a gift card, it was 'credit' due me.
End of subject. LESSON LEARNED: NeVeR do business with Nomorerack.com.
Do yourself a favor and save your money and hassle, shop elsewhere and laugh when they go down the drain.
Their products are cheap, flimsy - JUNK. That is if you receive what you ordered. I read through all the usacomplaints.com reviews, and their responses to all the reviews and had to laugh - the same ole responses to all the negative reviews. They have no intentions of making anything 'right'.
This so-called company needs to be shut-down immediately and held responsible for taking people's hard-earned money ASAP. They are a joke. I was always under the impression 'stealing' was against the law. These people are utterly disgusting.
