Ripoff

I once had service with Nextel... I thought you all thrived on customer satisfaction... Nextel has lied and debted me almost $700... They have proof that they made a major error... Nextel always receives a deposit prior to starting ones service... However they started my service then a MONTH later they wanted to say I need a deposit then they cut my service and gave me a bad report to creditors... I will write all of Nextel Corps nationwide... That' s just mean and wrong... When they stated I need a deposit I told them that's wrong and to cancel the service but they cancelled my service and still charged me...
