Kent Henga, Connectivity Sales Manager, best buy store #57 1730 pleasant Pl Arlington, TX 76015 just helped Best Buy lose a loyal customer. I have by far the worst experience with this business than I've ever experienced. From the credit card company, Capitol one, blaming best buy to best buy turning around and pointing the finger back at Capitol one. No one wants to be held accountable for their actions here. I applied for a best buy visa and was approved during a Black Friday advertisement; in which I attempted to use my card but was never given my card number to do so. After countless hours on the phone speaking to several foreign language speaking employees I was able to connect with four people who told me to walk into Kent's best buy or a neighboring one to let them know the issue and have them honor the online advertisement since I had experienced so many issues with my card and my experience was sub par. I heard apology after apology and experienced disappointment after disappointment. My last hope was the store all to be sorely disappointed in the manner in which I was spoken to by management. Kent's tone was abrasive, condescending, and the most unprofessional manner I've ever experienced. He began to say how I should've just come into the store, he wasn't about to honor anything, the folks on the phone only said that so they could get me off the phone, and why did we call him over when there's a store manager here. He ripped up the sales associate right in front of my sister and I. It has been a nightmare. Needless to say I walked away with no iPod touch and an extreme distaste for Best Buy.
