Complaint / review text:
The day after Christmas we purchased a ZTE Warp phone from the local Boost Mobile store. After getting it home and setting it up it was found that the vibrate/silent mode did not work. We attempted to return the phone but were told it was a manufacturers problem. We contacted the manufacturer; ZTE but they said it needed to be exchanged through the store we bought it from.
Long story made short... We returned to the point of purchase, Boost Mobile in Kent, Washington and the manager stated flat out "You won't get another phone from me!" he then turned his back on us, dialed his phone, and began talking to someone, completely ignoring us. WHAT A JERK!
Now we are stuck with a phone that does not work completely and no way to return it. They gave us the run around for a month and now they get away with this.
Don't buy from them.
