I purchased their sales associate review class on a Saturday morning. There was no warning that the online course could not be accessed until Monday morning at 9 am. Nor was there any mention prior to purchase of a no refund policy. Since I needed to study over the weekend, I purchased another online course. When I called this company first thing on Monday morning, at first I was promised a refund. Later they called back to tell me if I had read on another page elsewhere on their site, that this would be the case. However - nowhere between the moment I clicked on their site, then the product then payment was I advised of their conditions.
