I came across the website above and thought that it would be alright to try it out because of the refund policy.
When I clicked to buy, the amount was $99.95. So I was redirected to a page called HomeSiteProduction.com, a website builder. There, I was somewhat mislead to upgrade it to a Pro Account at $145.95 - which I did, all under the impression that I can easily get a no questions asked money back guarantee. What i really should've done was to research on this first.
But anyway, after looking through the website, I discovered that I have been completely duped. The information provided is not only slipshod but it can also be found online for free. There is no value added service and unlike what they promised, no personal coaching whatsoever. They also have no one replying to the emails, from what it seems.

a pop up comes up and slashes the price all the way down to $46.95!!!
Completely and utterly duped. So I sent them a few emails for the refund. I am still waiting for a reply. It's only been a few hours but I have a very bad feeling about this.
